Mindfulness Therapy for a Better Life
Working with your heart and mind, creating the future you want
The best support for your mental health is to protect it.
Training our mind through mindfulness can prevent excessive thinking which spirals into overwhelm.
MBCT is one of the most effective forms of mindfulness training. Created to prevent relapse for those recovering from depression, MBCT is now used widely for general health and wellbeing.
Through this course, you’ll gain increased self-awareness of thoughts, feelings and body sensations. You’ll see how to use the practise of mindfulness to stop automatic thought processes, allowing you to take control of your responses.
